For those looking to elevate their experience, access to our beautifully appointed Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Cave is available for an additional $600—perfect for relaxing, getting ready, and making memories before the ceremony.

Your rental includes full access to the greenhouse, outdoor pavilion, bar area, and surrounding grounds, plus ample guest parking. We provide tables, up to 250 chairs, and high-top bar tables.

The Bridal Cottage & Groom’s Cave getting ready suites are an additional $600.

Your rental includes full access to the venue from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. This allows ample time for setup, getting ready, the ceremony, reception, and cleanup. All events must conclude by 11:00 p.m., with final cleanup and vendor breakdown completed by the end of your rental period.

A $1,000 non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your date.

A $400 fully refundable security deposit is required for all events. This deposit helps ensure the venue is returned in good condition and will be refunded after the event, provided no damages occur and all policies are followed.

Planning a wedding involves many moving parts, and having a professional planner can make all the difference. Whether you choose to work with someone from the very beginning or simply need day-of coordination, a planner ensures your day runs smoothly so you can focus on enjoying it. We’ve seen firsthand how much more seamless and stress-free weddings are when a planner is involved.

Please note: while our team at Greenwood Springs takes care of preparing the venue, setting up tables and chairs, and locking up at the end of the night, we do not coordinate or manage wedding day logistics unless you’ve chosen one of our décor packages. We are not wedding planners, and it’s important to have someone in place to oversee the details.
